We are looking for several senior-level consultants with 3-5+ years of experience to provide technical direction and leadership in the architecture, design, development, and deployment of Microsoft solutions within our customer base. This person will have deep and broad technical skills in .NET and related MS technologies/products as well as solid architecture and design skills.

Technical Skills Required:      

• Expert-level expertise with ASP.NET, XML and Web Services, and Windows Forms
• Experience with large-scale applications in a leadership role
• Expert-level competency in C#
• Broad experience with .NET Framework
• Experience with ADO.NET
• Third-party controls (Infragistics or similar)
• Experience with.NET 3.0 (WF, WCF, WPF, WCS)
• Demonstrable experience developing solution architecture
• Leadership experience throughout the software lifecycle

Technical Skills Desired:

• Training or speaking experience (MCT or similar)
• Expert-level experience with one or more emerging technologies such as Atlas
• Experience creating custom controls for either ASP.NET or Windows Forms
• Experience with SQL Server 2000/2005
• Security, including CAS and WCS
• MOSS and related Office products, CMS and Active Directory
• Strong knowledge of BizTalk Server 2004/2006 and SharePoint Portal Server 2003/2007

Additional Skills & Competencies:

• Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.  Experienced in problem solving, and able to follow a methodical implementation process.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.
• Ability to communicate with clients at all levels.
• Work directly with business development teams during project envisioning (e.g., proposal generation, statements of work, RFP/RFQ creation and delivery) to come up with the best solution for given requirements, with the ability to provide reasonably accurate estimates for projects. 
• Ability to pass relevant Microsoft certification exams.
• Ability to travel occasionally up to 25%
