Requirements:

• Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (and/or equivalent experience).

 Experience creating and maintaining robust, high-performance web applications in a fast paced environment.

• Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills.

• 5+ years of overall software development experience.

• 3+ years of web application experience with C# and ASP.net.

• Solid understanding of OO techniques working in a multi-tier environment.

• Experience with MS SQL and writing stored procedures with SQL 2000/2005.

• Proficient with development of Web Services and Windows services.

 Desired:

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Strong knowledge of Web Forms and Web controls.

• Working experience with XML, XSD, XSLT.

• Working experience using AJAX and familiarity using web services and API’s.

• Designing components and performing complex Coding/Programming and Debugging.

• Working knowledge of Project-Management and SDLC processes and methodology. Experience with Agile Development.  Performing and/or leading Code-Review and Design sessions.  Mentoring and guiding staff.  Documenting and coding Technical artifacts.

• Must be able to effectively work in a team and individually.
